I have a migraine

How scary is for sufferers to say these words? Those that know what these words mean, indicates days of incapacity or half capacity in what ever they are doing. Especially with the holidays approaching.

Shopping, cooking, children, crowd, noise, stress, food. Yes these are all part of the basic ingredients for starting a really nasty migraine attack, that can last for days and repeating itself over and over during these happy times.

With medicines not helping at all, we migraine sufferers rely on the good old technique of a dark and quiet room, far away from all the holiday activities.

So what other options are there? Stocking up on useless pain killers is not an option unless we are planning to have medicine headache on top of our migraines. There are non drug methods of easing the pain but they are ineffective as soon as the therapy stops. feverfew, butterbur might ease it for some but not for most.

The migraine treatment at this site might be the only effective solution to stop or reduce the pain before the holidays come. Takes a while for it to work but so far everyone that have been using it reported positive results. The treatment takes an average of 6-8 weeks before a noticeable result. After that it happens pretty rapidly and in another month or so the pain disapperas for most.
