How to make money quick without up front money, if everything else fails.

This method works great in the USA and I am sure works in some other countries as well.

When people are looking for tradesman to fix or build something for them where do they go to find one?
The local newspaper or the phone book. Most people use the local papers because they are more up to date and easier to find tradesman in them.

So How to use this to make money quick?

The first thing to do is to sit down and make an asessment of your abilities. What are you good at or what do you enjoy doing.

Than write up an advert on a piece of paper. Just 3 or 4 lines including the phone number for people to contact you. When you are satisfied with your advert call the local paper and ask for the classified department.
Tell them you want to place an ad in the services section and the category you have decided on. (construction, painting, computer repair, etc.)

Most papers will start you off on credit if you advertise as a company. That means you don't have to pay anything up front to start the ad. Just make up a company name. (Advanced landscaping, Pete's small repairs, Interiors by Norah, etc)
Ask for the longest time you can run your ad. Like 10 days or whatever the longest without signing a contract with them.

Just before the ten days are up, the paper most likely will call you and ask if you want to renew your ad and tell them,yes you want to renew it for another ten days or whatever the longest period is. Before that expires they will call you again and renew it again with them. If they don't call, go ahead and call them up and tell them you want to renew it.

By the time the second round of advertisement will run out, you will get the bill for the first round. If you have money pay it, if you don't, ignore it for now.

By this time you should have got a few calls for your services so you should have enough money to pay it. But if you didn't don't worry. Just renew your ad and wait for the calls.
Now you have 30 days worth of advertising without paying a penny.

Before the third round of advertising runs out renew your ad again. By this time you will get the bill for the second ten days and the second notice for the first ten days of bill. Pay the first ten days and ignore the second.

You can carry this on easily for 60 days and that will give you enough time to make money to pay your newspaper bill and money to live off of.

When people looking for tradesman and see the ad they think they will call an expert in that field. They have no idea you have no idea. If they ask you how much experience you have just tell them 10 years or 5 years or whatever. There is no way to check it. If they ask you for reference just tell them you have to call back with and ignore them. There will be plenty of people that don't ask reference because psychologically the newspaper advert convince them you are an expert because you advertise.

You can build a fairly good size company using this method fairly quickly. 5-6 man company in the construction or decorating industry very easy to build within a month or two.
If you are keeping your prices lower than the rest in you chosen field you will get a lot of work.
Construction and related jobs are very easy even without experience because even if you screw it up you can easily repair your mistake by just restarting the process and re do it and people won't even notice you have made a mistake.

I used to start several companies using this method and each of them were up to 4-5 people within 2 months. Once you have to hire a helper you know you have it made. Each additional helper makes you extra money. I used to figured each helper makes me an extra 50 dollars per day net after expenses in the construction related field.

You always have to do your best in other people's homes or with their property. Have to protect them. You have to make sure you never spend their money on anything else until their job is finished. Never ever spend money from one job on another job or else you will get into financial trouble again. Always ask half the money upfront to cover your expenses including labor and material cost only. Not your household expenses. half up front, the other half the day the job is done. Using this method you will never run out of money and always have money to finish the job you have started. Never ever cheat your clients! Never ever steal from your clients!!

Never ever spend one clients money on another clients job. Never!!

I started up a direct mail adverising company this way and by the end of the first month I had 25 thousand cash and 3 sales ladies working for me and after expenses I had netted $5,635 dollars. I also started up a painting company using this exact same method and I had never ever in my life painted before that. By the third week I had to hire a helper I had so much work and by the end of the second month I had 5 guys working for me. I also started up a cleaning company using this method and a remodeling company.

This method rocks and makes good money quick.
